Can anyone tell me, or have a picture of the bolts that attach the shifter mounting bracket to the transmission cross member? What kind of bolt is it? Does it have a captured washer? What are the markings on the head of the bolt? These are the 3 bolts the can be see from the undersdie of the crossmember.
Thanks,
Sean

You may want to post some additional information Sean....trans, year etc ;)

I don't know the markings of the original bolts, but the nut was kind of an oblong thing with two threaded holes in it for the two hole side and a single one for the other single hole.

I have some but don't know exactly what car they came off. They were with the special nuts. Regular bolt head, lock washer, TR head markings, 7/8" long.

Marty,
What kind of finish was on them? Was is black oxide, or silve zinc/cad?
Thanks,
Sean

They're weathered but look like black oxide finish. They are also grade 5 with the three dash markings at 120 degrees apart.

Thanks Marty,
That's what I needed to know.

If you need the nuts let me know.

Marty.....do you have that double nut that goes on the back of the shifter mounting plate...also the square one on the front of the mounting plate? The complete mounting hardware, bolts, nuts, and washers would be a plus. And you wouldn't happen to have a complete shifter assembly would you?
Thanks for any help you can provide......
