Found and Purchased a pretty cool little car, a fairly late LM1, with an X-Code.
Still has the #'s match LM1 "HQ" coded engine and Muncie 3 Speed Transmission.
12C tag and X44 Blue/Blue car.
Looks like an XGF/Wife took a baseball bat to it though......
Not too rusty for a Vert.

Pretty nice find Rich. It should make you a real nice car since it's not rusted all to pieces. She must have played for the Yankees or would it be the A's since I don't know what coast your on. LOL

Nawlins!
But the car came from Ohio. Someone robbed the 12 bolt though.......

Nice find! Love the blue on blue! Except for the drivers side quarter it looks like she fouled everything into the front sheet metal and doors which is better then both quarters.

Even the grounding strap is in place, and has original orange overspray on it:

Nice! You can save the kickpanels! I just converted some rounds holes in my kickpanels to the fatory 4x6 ones with a little plastic welding with a soldering iron and black fusion paint. You will havbe to find matching blue paint though :) luck on your project!

Even the grounding strap is in place, and has original orange overspray on it:
Orange overspray on the ground strap is from an engine paint re-spray or touch-up long after the car was built; the ground strap was installed at Norwood, not at the engine plant, and had no orange overspray on it originally.

Bummer, thought I learned something new......
Thanks for the heads up.
Someone also pointed out that in that floorpan shot you can see a seam near the tunnel, meaning that somone replaced that floorpan at some point. So, not as pristine as first thought, but still a LM1 vert.
Thanks Guys,
Rich
