Title: Holley 4053 DZ Carb accelerator pump diaphram
Post by: olympic69 on January 14, 2010, 04:13:42 AM
I need to replace the accelerator diaphram on my Carb DZ 4150/ 4053.

Summit shows two- a 30 cc and 50 cc- anyone know which is correct OEM Spec?

Thanks!

30cc is the one. The 50cc was originaly OEM spec'd for a REO Commercial Chassis (Firetruck) but it is also used on aftermarket applications where racers need a huge pump shot. I doubt it has any OEM car applications.

Ah yes, the REO Speedwagon...thanks for the reply- I spent some time on the back of an Ahrens-Fox gasoline fire truck!

The 50cc pumps may come in contact with the manifold unless a spacer is used.
