Title: Where can I find correct rosette VIN tag rivets?

I am restoring my 68Z and my dash was rusted out so I replaced it.  I now have to remove my VIN tag from my old dash and attach to the new dash.  Can anyone tell me the going rate for these correct rosette rivets and where I can find them?  I can not seem to find them on EBAY.

Wow! $45 bucks for two rosette rivets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do I get into the rivet business????????

I've seen them for WAAAAY less. (under $5)
