I found two different front side marker bezels while reassembling my O5C LA RS/SS. one is part # 3925429 and inside the "valley" is painted black. The other is part # 3927459 and is not painted in the "valley". Was one of these part of the RS package?

My '69 P&A list both of the above numbers for the '68 Camaro. It list 3927459 for the rear (quarter panels) and 3925429 for the front (fenders).

Paul,
Thanks for the info. So only the front was hilighted with black paint? Hmmm... Was this applied to all models across the F-body line? So...was the paint satin, 60%, or gloss?--Ha Ha just kidding.

My '68 SS/RS 350 has its' original front and rear side marker bezels. All 4 have black painted valleys. And yes, actually it is semi gloss black. ;D

My 06A 68 SS/RS has the original front and rear side marker bezels. I'm the original owner. All 4 have black painted valleys. Would say they look closer to flat black at this point in time.
