Hi - Sorry to jump in with proberly a typical qustion :-(

Can someone perhaps help with a online link or something with pics/info where to look and where to start trubble shooting when one of my headlightdoors wont open??

The '67 service manual has an excellant step by step procedure.

If you don't have a service manual and to at least eliminate one thing test the headlight motor first. Unplug it, ensure it's properly grounded and run power to it. If it's bad bench test it's replacement prior to installation. If it's good then you'll obviously have to look further into the system; connections, relays, etc.

if your motor is bad, i am looking for 67 rs motors in any condition. let me know if you are willing to sell them if they are bad. please send me an email if so.
