Title: WHY are 1967 book's and manual's priced higher than other year's ?
Post by: RS3SDL2MG on April 13, 2009, 08:09:16 PM
I have been wanting to build a glove box kit for my 67 with the normal stuff you would have had , an owner's manual , special options book , a warranty book and cacover , but for 1967 they are hard to get or something ? other year's are on ebay all the time with normal price's ,
take say the 1967 special option's book it's only like 12 page's so I figured $5 buck's plus shipping ?
the warranty book for 67 I figured $5 buck's plus shipping for it also ,,,,, IT HAS TAKEN ME TWO MONTH'S !!

but now if you have a 1962 chevy II those are for sale all the time , 68 camaro book's are for sale all the time , heck I posted the other day a guy had 8 68 warranty book's !

I just don't know why 67 is being picked on here  ???

;D Well I got my $5 dollar ebay 1967 protection plan book in the mail today and I am happy with it , it's great shape and I think it is DATE CORRECT for my car ? someone could verify that for me my camaro is a 10 E 5th week of oct 66 build and this protection plan book is first edition 66 so I guess it's just like the one my camaro would have had , came with a dandy first edition impala owner's manual we will send that baby to ebay heaven  ;D

here is a couple of pic's ,,,,

I hadn't noticed the inflation that you mention.

Also, you're going to wear out your apostrophe key ... which may be a good thing!  Make life easier on yourself and go ahead and use a simple "s" to make words plural.  ;D
