Post by: strat01 on March 17, 2006, 04:53:13 PM
where can i find the correct location of the fender emblems (crossed flags, engine designation) on a 67 conv. std. I've seen examples of templets on various restoration books, but i can't find measurments to faburicate said templets. any comments/ advice as to where i could find any info?

Strat,

Ricks First Generation has TEMPLATE KITS (http://www.rickscamaros.com/cgi-local/SoftCart.exe/cgi-local/smpagegen.exe?U+scstore+zpgd2291ff2c742c+-c+scstore.cfg+-f+0+-C+Emblem%20Template%20Kits) for sale that will give you the info you need. Different "kits" for different models, but they all seem to go for $18.95.

i went to rick's camaro web site and what they have listed as 67 327 template kit is actually a 68 327 template kit. guess they had a brain f**t.

Actually, if you click on "more" for each of them, they all show the same image! I think they're just using that same image as an example. I can't imagine all the templates would be for a 68 327!! You might want to give them a call on Monday.
