Here's a list to cover more than your request:

Thanks.  Where can I get that done?  Is it something I can do myself?

i've never done it but I will. I work in any medium when required. Two sources I found are:
 http://www.caswellplating.com/
http://www.brushplate.com/brushplating.htm

Just punch in Silver cadium dichromate. You'll get more info. I'm sure someone on here has done it before.

I have never seen a DiChromate treated Cad coil bracket.

di·chro·mate
Pronunciation: \(ˌ)dī-ˈkrō-ˌmāt, ˈdī-krō-\
Function: noun
Etymology: International Scientific Vocabulary
Date: circa 1864
: a usually orange to red chromium salt containing the anion Cr2O72− <dichromate of potassium> —called also bichromate

The DiChro treatment of a Cad or Zinc plated part turns the part the Yellow color,,,,,or Burns i brown with excessive duration

I believe that list incorrectly uses the term.

Go ahead and purchase the Cadwell system, It works well if you can manufactue a power supply, properly prep your parts, handle the Chem.
Otherwise find a jobber or industrial plater who will handle hobby parts.

Coil bracket should be Bright Cad, I swear some of them even look galvanized?

Zinc-plated - no dichromate wash.

Thanks John. Apparently the finishes list I posted above is not the be-all end-all. Now I wonder what else is wrong on the list.

Since we are talking coil brackets, how are the non-cowl and cowl hood brackets identified?

Bump.

The coil bracket used with ZL2 tilts the coil back at about a 30-35 degree angle to clear the O.D. of the larger air cleaner base; the standard bracket tilts the coil at around a 15-20 degree angle.
