Can someone tell me what the original color was for the accelerator lever on a 69 Z?

My original is dark phosphated.

Would the dark phosphate also apply to 67&68 throttle levers?

My 68 one has some light surface rust in areas, but is the dark phosphate otherwise.

Bob, I tried taking some pictures but the flash makes them appear lighter than they actually are. I would say go with a more gray than black phosphate vs. light/dark. I have always had them redone in a gray color with the hood hinges and latch assy.............RatPack................
