Title: Exhaust routing on a 67 convertible
Post by: emanuelK on January 20, 2009, 06:33:38 AM
Hi guys
I have a small block with headders and try to figure out how to route my new exhaust (universal parts) in a proper way. I dont stribe for originality.
There is a lot of aftermarket systems to buy but normally they say "not for convertible". I want a 2.5" system. The output of
the headders is in line with the mid floor reinforcement and I have to angle the tube down to avoid a collision and then it goes up
again before the rear axle. I wanted to place the tubes inside the floor X-brace but the clearance to the floor was not good enough.

The bottom line is that I shure should appriciate some images on exhaust on thoose cars to get some ideas how to proceed with my work. ??? ???

Thanks /Emanuel
