Title: 67 CAMARO DELUXE FRONT BUMPER GUARDS
Post by: OBIWAN2T on December 06, 2008, 04:48:46 PM
CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE CORRECT MEASUREMENTS FOR PLACEMENT OF THE DELUXE FRONT BUMER GUARDS ON A 67 CAMARO? THE ASSEMBLY MANUAL IS PRETTY VAGUE.

The "10 PV" line through the hole means the hole is 10" outboard of the car centerline (measured perpendicular to centerline, not along the angled surface), and 3.5" (measured on surface) down from the lower edge of the opening in the valance panel.

Thanks John, I appreciate you getting back to me on those measurements. This will make it alot easier to line them up correctly!!

i have read somewhere that for the front bumper guard , the place depend of the location and the line where the cars where built!

for example , my 67 built for export have a very long distance between the tow guards ( maybe because the french license plate are wider than the US ones ?)
