Title: Cowl vent panel differences ?
Post by: bcmiller on September 22, 2008, 08:07:15 PM: Does anyone know if there is a different cowl panel used with a cowl induction hood versus a regular flat hood or an SS hood?

Someone that I know has one and thinks it is for a 68 Camaro, but it might be from a Firebird. Would one from a 67=68 Firebird work?

Post by: bertfam on September 22, 2008, 08:17:47 PM: The "Cowl Top Ventilator Grille" was only used on the 67-69 Camaro (Group 12.800, P/N 3891610). The Firebird used a different Grille but I don't know if they will interchange or not.

I'm going to say that's correct, but my books don't include the 1969 cowl hood so I can't be positive on that.
