Title: 67 10B with 4K trim tag?

I saw this car on ebay and if I'm right they didn't start building 396 cars untill January. I think this is a fake but what do you guys think?

The tag looks new to me. Ebay item # 4613182822

Yes, this particular tag is a fake tag.
