Title: muncie speedometer cable

does a muncie car also have the production speedometer cable hole in the firewall. if so what plugs the hole

Yes, it does - the production speedo hole was pierced in every firewall at the stamping plant; on a Muncie car, it was closed with a black plastic plug.
