need help with a th400 I.D. CB-69-270

My take on it is that it was mated to a  1969 427 or 454 (390hp)

Thank you for the Id .You wouldnt know some one missing one  .Trans numbers 19C0 17843    tag CB 69 270 .I have held on to it for a while A good friend told me it was a very special one.Trans is complete I also have the trans bar

Yes.  It was from a 69 fullsize chevrolet with a 427/390HP engine.  What is the other longer number stamped on the tag?  Also, would it be possible to get a picture of both sets of numbers and where are you located?

I do research on fullsize chevrolets.

19C0 17843 are on the driverside rear pan rail . The tag code 69 B 270 are the upper set the lower set I can not make out the last four from the picture on my phone. I will take proper pics. And post a.s.a.p.

Updated Tag numbers, Upper Numbers CB 69 270,  Lower Numbers CB 69 1640  I'm located in Chino California.    I will figure out the posting of pictures later.
