Title: 1967 z/28 smog bracket
Post by: Jonesy on April 16, 2008, 08:46:49 PM
Is this the same bracket used on all small blocks or was there one exclusive to the 67 z??

Nope. For the 1967 Z28, the pump was mounted to the engine via a CAST IRON support bracket, not a stamped steel bracket as in the auction. In 1968 the system used the stamped steel piece, but it was the same piece used on all 1968 Camaros with a small block engine and a manual transmission.
