tryconcom,
What is the casting date of your engine and what is on the stamp pad of the engine?

Can't read casting date, could be a 7 or a 9, nothing on pad except CE7 and about 4,5 other numbers,  oh! car has lived in ala/ga area last several decades, two individuals, of unknown backround to me and each other saw car at Multry swapmeet last year, said they knew car last 20-25 years, said it ran around in late 80's with tunnel ram, when I got it, only thing small town dealer in ala. could tell me was that it was being sold as part of an estate sale, and wife of owner thought it had originally came from chicago. Wasn't sure. Pretty thin history-probably some boomers hot rod in 60's-he may not have come back from  Nam either.

FYI,

Back in the late 1980s, I was attending Super Chevy Maple Grove in PA.  There was an original 1967 375hp Camaro there at the show that still had the original W/S in the window!  I didn't pay it much attention at the time but this car was Marina blue and was in the Reading, PA area.  Just wondered if it has ever surfaced since that time?  Did not have the oem engine and was kinda hot rodded a little but still a very nice street driver.  I have often wondered where that car is today.  Had not seen it since that time.
