Title: help with finishes
Post by: tonys69camaro on January 30, 2006, 06:25:46 PM
Im currently in the process of restoring my 69 camaro to original and was hoping someone could help me with the correct paint finishes on the following:

1. floor pan
2. underbody
3. suspension components
4. wheel wells and inner fenders
5. inner trunk
6. firewall

Also im not worried about the overspray but only the intended factory colors and finishes.

Iif anything is different that i missed it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

if you call year one and ask them foe an appendix of the colors for your car they will send you an a-z breakdown for what is what. this will be very helpful. ppg makes has a chart for mixing different glosses of black. if your interested email me and i will dig it up.
