The master cylinder on my '69 RS is for power drum brakes. My car is an 01C Norwood build; Final assembly on or about the 20-21 Jan 1969; VIN #19N581767
On the front of the master cylinder cap it says:
SERVICE WITH DELCO PARTS
On the rear of the master cylinder cap are the words:
USE DELCO BRAKE FLUID

I'll let you know what my 105 date master cylinder cap reads when I get it back from the plate-r .

Mine says something completely different. O3B built, power front discs. It reads: WARNING CLEAN FILLER CAP BEFORE REMOVING, and USE ONLY DOT? FLUID FROM A SEALED CONTAINER. Cant read the # after DOT because of pitting.
