Title: Tach restorations who does them?
Post by: Brian K on January 17, 2006, 03:41:29 AM
Okay I have an extra 67 tach I bought at a swap meet 10 years ago, and left it in the pool building. It needs the face resilk screened and gone over, can anyone recommended a company? I sent it to auto instuments.com back in october and after 6 phone calls and over 3 months, in which every time I called they had to see if they had it. I told them to send it back to me, now looking for a good company. Sincerely Brian

I sent a couple 68 speedometers and tachs to "The Tach Man" http://www.tachman.com/gm.htm They look great. I haven't had an opportunity to try them yet. He stays real busy. I think his price was competitive. You can check out his web site or give him a call. Good luck!

Try D & M Restorations in Greenville SC. They can do speedos, tachs, radios and speakers, etc. They also have a website you can see their work and get contact info..... they do beautiful work on some very high end stuff....
