I don't know if any one posted about this already but someone is selling a X33D80 trim tag on ebay. They're on eBay every day, and that one's a fake.

Unfortunately unless you really know your stuf, it is harder and harder to tell what is real and what is not on these first gen muscle cars because of situations like this.

Anyone who buys something on Ebay should be careful and do your homework. One give away there might be a problem is if blurrey photos are posted in the ad.

I just wish Chevrolet or GM would release info on these cars (if they still have it) to prevent this type of rampant fraud. Something like the Pontiac PHS. :(

i know that they did not use the d80 on the trim tag until after 05A, a my car doesnt have it. spoilers were mandatory after april.
