Title: can anyone decode this engine

V0511FSB is stamped on the engine pad and below that is

CES178154

This is in the 1969 Camaro that just bought.

Looks like a 350 truck block, originally installed in a '78 pickup built at St. Louis - I think you'll find that it's C8S, not CES. Might be a 4-bolt, but you have to drop the pan to find out.
