Ok It was suggested to me a couple of times that the bolts were supposed to be phosphate/oil and the NUTS were either dark zinc or silver cad...
these guys inform me that I am mistaken and that they bolts are supposed to be plated.... doesn't look right to me but I could use any comments here! Thanks.

Thank you Jerry...
I had politely suggested that to them... they told me to read my aim... I had and had already x referenced to phos/oil for all the bolts while the nuts came up as dark zinc.(or cad)
They basically told me that I was wrong and that they are the experts! ::)
The "repop" set from Ricks is very close and much less $$ can also be found through AKM fasteners..

I'm leading toward the assumption that the nuts were Zinc . I love installing everything twice.
