Ecklers is having the 3rd annual Camaro fest at Old Town in Orlando (okay Kissimmee) and I just found out and I am going to go. It is Saturday October 13...(my wife's birthday...she will be so surprised and happy to spend her special day with me at a car show.) I just thought I might mention it to everyone else that may be within driving distance that may want to go. If everyone already knew about it and I am last minute in telling you....my bad. I just fell off the turnip truck and found out. With a name like "CAMAROFEST" it has to be cool. The two hotels on either side of Old Town is Days Inn Suites of Old Town (407) 396-7969 located at 5840 West Irlo Bronson Hwy, and Comfort Suites Main Gate (407) 397-7848 located at 5678 West Irlo Bronson Hwy. At Comfort Suites, tell them you are there for the show and it is $79 a night. I had to ask for the manager for this special as the reservationist I was initially transferred to did not know a thing about it and tried to charge me $129. The manager gave it to me no problem after I mentioned the show.
