My bet is this block is a restamp.  This seller (carss_partss) has had many restamped blocks on Ebay that Kurt and others here have identified.  He also has other Ebay IDs (i.e. fixxbrakes) = scammer.    >:(

If it was a restamp, he did his research as the block cast date, and engine assembly date would have been dead on with when VIN # 19N587857 would have been produced.
