???Questions CRG, I have an opportunity to purchase a correct casting number block for my 67 camaro.
Here is my question, if the build date for the block is H-66 (August 66) and my car build date is C-7, March of 67. Is the block correct for the car in regards to being consider matching number? Or is there a window of time that should be followed to be consider matching number but not original?
Thanks !!!!!! dab67

If "C-7" is actually "07C" on your cowl tag, the body build date was the third week of July. Where did you find the "C-7"?

To far out on dates to be considered matching the car, but ok for period correct
