Title: XB 14" Rally Wheel
Post by: rich69rs on July 08, 2007, 01:02:02 AM
Anyone know what XB was used on.  The 4 wheels on my '69 RS are XN (14" Rally / Drum Brakes).  The wheel in the trunk is coded XB.

Rich,

XB was used only in 1968 and 1969.

1968 Chevelle Rally
1969 Chevelle Disk Brake Rally

I believe it was also used on '68 Chevy IIs (Novas) also. I had a '68 L79 Chevy II with XB rallys on it (car had drum brakes up front) and they were dated appropriately for the car.

Jon,

CBTN shows the 68 Nova with Rally wheel using the same wheel as the 68 Camaro ("XG"). I don't have Alan's updates so who knows!
