Title: Rear Seat Filler Panels
Post by: 427 on June 30, 2007, 02:59:10 PM
Does anyone know where I might buy 2 fold down rear seat filler panels.  Rick's doesn't have them and I'm having difficulty finding online.
Thanks for any help anyone might give.

Did you try classicindustries.com or yearone.com?

I spoke to someone from Ricks at Carlisle. He told me the rear side panels for my 69 (I am adding the fold down), and convertable panels were the same.

Not true.  Coupe fold down armrests are longer than converts and the rear part is shaped diff.  ebay and swap meets are the place to find them.  I have the armrests, but not the upper metal filler peice.

I'd love to see photos of correct components. I bought the seat back with the latch for my 69 at a swap, but need all the additional parts before I can install.

I don't know how correct it is, but Ricks 2006 catalog page 24 shows arm rest panels for 67 deluxe, or 67-69 with fold down, along with upholstery, and filler panels for the same. Filler panels look like the ones in the photo above. That photo was of a 69 with fold down at Carlisle. This is one of the things I was trying to learn about at the show.

Any opinions?
