Title: Delco Radio Part Number Label
Post by: stovebolt on May 20, 2007, 10:26:32 PM
I found a loose part number label in my box of bits. It says: G.M. Delco Radio, Service Model 80BPBI, Serial No. 8AR 076381, 12V Made in Canada, Prod. No. 16000420.
Could this be from a radio speaker or ? Whatever it's from, what year would it be? The label is 1" wide and 2" long. Thanks for any light you could shed on this.

Appears to be a service replacement for a 1968 full-size ("B"-body) AM pushbutton radio; don't know which Division - if the second digit was a "1", it would be a Chevrolet - don't know which Division the "0" stands for - maybe Ed or Mark does.
