Is a 1968 and 1969 AM antenna mast the same. And if so does only the lower bezels change from a 68 to a 69 car. Thanks

No, the 68 and 69 AM antenna's are completely different from each other. I believe they're both being repopped, but I'm not sure how accurate they are.

I will try leaving a message with him. I do live in Canada so i do not know if he ships accross the border although he did ship me up all 3 of his books.

I know UPS does Canada and Customs is fairly easy.  NAFTA remember?
