Title: OIL CHANGE SERVICE STICKERS
Post by: DAVID CHAMBERS on January 19, 2023, 09:45:58 PM
OIL CHANGE SERVICE STICKERS WERE ON MY 69 WHEN I BOUGHT IT BUT AFTER 20 YEARS AND A PAINT JOB I FORGET IF THEY WERE ON THE JAM OR DRIVERS DOOR. I WANT TO PUT A COUPLE ON NOW AND WOULD LIKE PICTURES OR ADVICE WHERE ORIGINALS WERE PUT. THANKS

I also collect Gas & Oil stuff so naturally one the items I collect are service decals. I used a NOS Pure service sticker on mine. I attach them to a thin magnet so I can easily remove it. Day Two all the way!

I have one on the driver side of my 69. I think it's kind of cool as someone had the car serviced back in the day and placed the sticker there 45 years ago.

On the drivers door isn't that where the tire pressure decal goes?

Yes, correct. On 1969 tire pressure sticker were on the inside of the drivers door.My car was repainted back in to early 1970's so the sticker was removed. I guess in my case the oil change sticker with the date is more important than the tire pressure. I suppose I could but them both there?
