Doing some clean up work on my car and want to add the factory under hood stickers. I will be getting the JH driver side valve cover decal as my block is a JH 396. I will also be getting the pass side valve cover Tonawanda decal as indicated by the T on my stamping prefix. Also will be getting the PBT stamps and paint for firewall (Norwood car). Was wondering if someone had a picture of placement of these decals and others like fan shroud decals (emission and cooling). Just want to get them as accurate as possible.

I agree Don has nice, correct decals. I don't know of anything that goes on a fan shroud for a non a/c car. I not sure of the valve cover code decal either....Joe

Please, please, PLEASE tell us you were being sarcastic.

Samples of a Low Mile Cert car from MCACN 2019
*NOte NO Cooling Decal
The Assembly Manual & the NEW judging manual can be of assistance also & I believe there is some Variations to exact placements due to human and productions pressures.

I don't recall seeing one on a 67-69....

Not sure about 67 or 68 but L78 had them but placement info is sketchy. Some say it was placed on drivers side rear of valve cover by firewall and ive seen them on the front drivers side valve cover as well. Here is one example from a documented L78 sold at 2022 BJ auction.

They have been seen on the back of the RH rocker cover. They did not adhere well; quickly fell off.
I believe this was found in the engine bay of the 1,110 mile 1970 Z28. http://www.1970z28camaro.com/engine/

If they were anywhere, they were on the end of the valve cover.
I've seen handwritten codes, but find me an unrestored example with a tag like William's.....
