Title: Tonawanda engine decal on right valve cover

good morning gentlemen . can someone tell me for sure if the Tonawanda engine decal came on my small block Tonawanda built 350 in my 69 Camaro?. i have seen them before on small block cars . not sure if its correct

If it was assembled at Tonawanda, it'll have the sticker.
