Title: Big block clutch adjusting rod and swivel

Does anyone know the gm part number for the threaded clutch adjusting rod and swivel for a 67-69 big block four speed ? thanks

Don't know the part number but big blocks use a threaded tube and rod not the swivel block and rod.

Per view A - Items 3 and 4 (and the production nut) in the attached. (P/N 9779202 and P/N 3840845)

My fault apparently 67-68 is different
69 used the tube and rod.

No, all three years used the same linkage. (See the 1969 AIM sheet attached)

As a matter of fact, this same arrangement was used on Buick's, Oldsmobile's, Pontiac's, trucks, and other Chevrolet and GM years and models.

The originals with Bergy's L78 pacer are the tube and the rod- he doesn't have a Small block V8 Camaro so now I can't figure out which one.
I had to weld up the worn stud pin and file it back round.

The small blocks used what you show in your drawing above (#17 and #18), but the big blocks used what I posted before. HOWEVER. (and this is a BIG however), If you're running headers on a big block, the original setup will hit the header tubes when you engage the clutch. You either have to fab up something that'll clear the header tubes or you can use the small block arrangement, which is what I'm using with the Hooker headers I have.
