Title: Legends Judging - 69 RS Optioned Camaro

I've got a couple of questions regarding Legends judging criteria for the Rally Sport option on a 69 Camaro. There are some inconsistencies I've seen on original, Norwood OH built RS equipped cars and I'd like to understand how these items are judged.
