$500 Reward - no questions asked for the return of the 1969 Camaro Legends Judging Manual. PM me if you have it
-
Well that sucks that it disappeared.
-
Very disappointing that a car enthusiast would do something like that, and at a venue like that. Hopefully someone will come forward or have info on it.
-
Amazing.
Can't believe someone didn't see the person taking it.
Hope the person who stole it really thinks about what the deal is.
Cmon - return it.
-
Let's think POSITIVE.. and assume that someone only borrowed it and will RETURN it... If it doesn't get returned, THEN someone Stole it...
-
Attaching photo. This was a redline preproducton. A lot of time and effort went into the manual. Doing a one or two printing before production is expensive. Now, we have to redo the cover and we are changing a lot of the inside photos. And changing some commentary in little ways. Please PM me with any leads or contact the Frederick, MD police dept. - use case # 2021-049223

I have never been to the Camaro nationals, but what is the reason this manual is not printed on a larger sale, and available to 69 camaro owners to purchase?
-
It’s to keep folks like you out of the knowledge of 1st gen Camaros…
So far it’s working!! ;D
It’s a preliminary edition that hasn’t been finalized.. btw he states that in the post right above your post.

As Red Gorilla stated, it is a preproduction copy. Not the final version. Needed to have two printed to get a feel for what the print version with all the photos would look like. Also, wanted to get feedback and commentary. Have already gone back and made some changes - added copy, added photos. Hope to have available soon. Appreciate all the help from CRG. One suggestion at the show was for an appendix showing various hardware.
-
Once this is done will it be available to the general car collector to purchase?
-
Yes - Just like the NCRS manual. The Camaro Nationals like other shows is heavily dependent on the weather. There is no large corporate sponsor like Chevrolet, Summit, etc. however to offset the costs if weather is poor. Intent is for the proceeds to go towards the show.

If it has not been found by now whoever took it knows what they have. That is a pretty cheapassed way to obtain information. I hope Karma gets them whoever that is.
