Hi everyone,
I'm curious if I should pursue reaching to some of the historical groups mentioned on the various sites regarding vehicle/dealer delivery information. I have the original POP plate and dealer info. Z was delivered and sold from Allen White Chevrolet in Ohio August 1969. Car was not highly optioned basically a standard interior Z28. If I send $50.00 to the National Corvette society will the report if available tell me anything more than what I know now?
Thanks as always,
Hank

It will tell you the date of final assm. Your POP will have the name of the dealer that sold the car. It may or may not be the dealer that rec'd it. Dealer trades, so the NCRS will tell you the dealer it was sold to..Joe

If it was me and I had the POP to my car, I probably wouldn’t bother. But as mentioned, the NCRS report will give you the dealer it was shipped to.

Thanks for the info. I believe I'll take the $50.00 and spend it some where else on the car.
best regards,
Hank

NCRS report will also give you dealer zone and code. Sometimes there is a stamp on the POP that may show this information. What is the dealer name and location?

I have a car where the NCRS report came back with the ship to dealer not matching the selling dealer as indicated on the POP. Dealer trade. Not unusual. Not very common. My orange 69Z28 came out of White Allen
