Why would the partial vin be on the pad? I don’t like the stamp, but I’m no expert.

I tend to agree. Several components here are not correct, either. Looks good, feels bad.

Yea I think this one would be good for parts only. Its poor restamp quality and also missed the #sequence. The VIN is 638 cars after mine with a engine build date almost 3 weeks before mine. Also if that VIN is correct to the car it should be on the oil filter block side not deck.
