That VIN was final-assembled on or about January 23, 1969. Body tag has a 10C date; third week October, 1968. One or both tags are not original to the car. In addition, the evaporator housing does not appear correct for a 396.

Listing says NOM, may have originally had small block, It has a small block trans cross member. Not alot of details maybe intentionally?

Its a mess of swap meet parts assembled into a car. Custom seats but standard interior, 15" wheels, 140 speedo.
I would be checking the hidden VINs.
