That's a very interesting interpretation of a CMH code on an '010' block... :) At least it would be interesting to an Camaro enthusiast 'psychiatrist'... :)
The books show CMH as a '72 350 165 hp with 2 bbl used in a Camaro, or possibly (depending on year) a '74-76 passenger, chevelle, or MC 350 (low horse).

No. It would be 1 of NONE! RPO Z24 was a 1967-1969 FULL SIZE CAR (https://www.hemmings.com/blog/article/one-of-1967-chevrolet-impala-ss-427/) with a 427 and other goodies.

I think the mid to late 80s Chevy Cavalier with a V-6 was also tagged as Z24
