Title: Dash pad screws

What are the correct screws that fasten the dash pad to the side of the dash?

Sorry 1969 Z28.   Are the side screws stainless trim screws or black phillips head with small roatating attached washer?

They're black phillips with the free-spinning washer.

How about the 4 that attach the pad to the gauge cluster?

Same screw - see the A.I.M., UPC 1, Sheet B2 (my original car confirms that).
