Title: Electric trunk latch

Was an electric trunk latch available in 69? Is there a latch from any other car that will bolt on a camaro and work? TIA, jess

A91 remote release was vacuum operated, supposedly never factory installed (but dealer installed). Second gen Firebird/Camaro latch will fit -

1968-1969 Firebird will work (not available on the 1967 Firebird). It's electric, not vacuum, and available REPRODUCTION (https://www.classicindustries.com/product/m80001.html).

Yep, not available on Camaro. I have seen them taken off of Firebirds and used on Camaros.

I think 68-72 A bodies- Chevelle, Cutlass, GTO - might be the same. Might.
