Title: Welder won't feed wire

Anyone have the problem of no wire feed? I've got a Eastwood MIG 135, pull the torch trigger and the gas solenoid clicks but no power to the wire feed motor. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like something may have shorted out on the circuit board.

try adjusting the pinch roller tension, or you may have a worn out liner in the torch.
are you sure the wire hasn't welded to the tip?
grab the end of the wire with pliers and pull.
you can also open the cover and observe the mechanism at pinch roller and see if the drive roller is turning when you pull the trigger.
just some things to try.

You know the suggestion of checking videos online or in forums is a good one. It might be as simple as checking power being fed to the motor that feeds the wire.
Randy brought up all good ideas, if you do indeed have power. Anytime mine has not fed wire, checking the tip is a no brainer, but making sure there isn't to much tension or if something is preventing the wire to slide freely through. I had a kink one time. Always easy to clip the wire before it goes into the sleeve, operate the trigger and see if it works prior to being fed through the sleeve. Just keep working the problem backwards would get you there.

The motor should push new wire through to nozzle.Fan runs and gas solenoid clicks with trigger. Found 1 blog with same issue and same pcb, have yet to get a response. Longevity welder Migweld 140 looks the same as a Eastwood. Longevity has a web site and forum, (www.freeweldingforum.com). I got on there and got a response from one of their techs who offered their schematic and has contacts at Eastwood factory and would ask them for their schematic of my 135. He sent the operating instruction book. Waiting for a reply for schematic.
I was just taking a shot that someone here may have had the same issue I'm having. Even if I prove the pcb is bad I still have to find one or relent and take the welder to a repair shop. Eastwood was no help other than offering me a new welder at 40% off.
