 This was a very interesting article about GM's Lordstown plant history you may like.
It was disturbing how its line workers were treated at some point.

I worked on an assembly line in the 70,s. Only thing that matters were the numbers at the end of the shift. It is sad but those jobs will cease to exist at least in the US someday in the not to distant future.
