Post by: bertfam on November 30, 2018, 08:26:00 PM
$400 bucks for a freekin' EMPTY BOX (https://www.ebay.com/itm/283279795681)?

It's not even in very good condition!

Well, at least the air inside is free.

There is a guy on one of the Mustang sites who wants $50 bucks for the paper that came wrapped in a fender!

I guess it really is all relative. I once sold a 1959 Lionel Allis Chalmers Striped picture box for $1,500!! It was EMPTY. Just depends I guess... Danny

I have a 16 ounce coke bottle that has air from the first fire up of the first ZL-1 ever built?  I'll trade it for a legit 814 alternator?   Any takers can just pm me.
Thanks in advance for your interest.

P.T. Barnum had it right...  'There's a fool born every minute... and two born to take him!'

Someone awhile back actually paid $50 for a piece of ORIGINAL scrap metal from the cutout off a 68 Camaro. The circle piece was about the size of baseball. If I could part out a Camaro for $50 for every square couple inches, maybe that should be my retirement plan.
