Seems like a hefty price for a set of wheels and tires and the drive line..IMO ! :o

I guess it is a good starting price. It kind of surprises me that these cars look like they only sell for what a nice convertible would when restored. My old 69 vert nice car but no SS or RS, originally a 6 cylinder recently sold for near 40k. The nice Z11,s you see for sale are not far from that.

Price, for what it is, seems a bit high. BUT, depending on what all parts come with it, it might not be bad. I am guessing the seller would take $20k.

A vert with that much RUST is only for someone who really knows what they are doing. So sad.
-
That was on ebay back on 06. Same condition. Not much higher price. Not sure if it's the same seller with different ID's.

Hey DW,
We talked to the guy that has this car back during the Feb. swap meet, seems like they acquired the car late last year. It's as described to me at that point - must have finally been considered an overwhelming project. Shame it deteriorated so far before they bought it - car is from Ohio, so you can allow for the salt damage. Rust doesn't discriminate -
Regards,
Steve

A couple of those pictures look like they were taken at a restoration shop. Probably had sticker shock!
