#'s may match, but the block is not the original via prior owners........
-
that car has had alot of owners.
-
Another late 69 car (9c) with a 7000 tach.
-
The 6000/7000 tach was used for L72 & L78 for the '69 production run. Z/28s through January '69 used it until the 8000 rpm tach was phased-in beginning February '69.

Anybody know who did resto?

Anybody know who did resto?
Do you think it is properly restored?
-
The quality of the resto appears to be good; the accuracy not so much. Wrong manifolds, missing AIR. Should have the later N10 exhaust system with resonators and chromed tailpipes. Some of the many labels look incorrect. Lose the spare tire cover...

Looks like the one Camaro Specialties owned and restored, it was listed on their website.
Edit: Discussed a while back at TC: http://www.camaros.net/forums/66-whats-worth/387945-69-watkins-glen-pace-car.html#/topics/387945

Thats what I was guessing. I do not have anything to add on the car.

Someone should purchase some real comfort weave and have seat covers made for it...
It costs about 500 for the comfort weave material to do a car. PLUS having the seat covers made from the fabric.
-
While the seat covers are off they could repair the bottom of the left seat frame, obviously bent.
