That's the VIN from the ad; would have been final assembled on or about October 5, 1968 at the Norwood, Ohio plant. The body tag shown is from a car built early December, 1968 at the Van Nuys, CA plant. They restored the car to match the tag.

RARE ORIGINAL LOS ANGELES TRIM TAG
CODE 727 IVORY INTERIOR
CODE 72-72 HUGGER ORANGE
Unfortunately, the tag is not original to the car.
