Would like to know what your 67 Camaro has originally installed from the factory;rubber or plastic plugs or a combination of both.

Do you mean the plugs in the bottom of the rear wheel housing?

Both my 67's have the plastic caps in the wheel wells and the rubber plug at the base of the panel that meets the rear lower quarter.
